Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your Westerly Co. blanket, we will accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return, your blanket must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and initial shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable. 

Please note that international orders, any items marked as "final sale" or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please include your Order Number and a copy of the receipt from the original purchase. We will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, it will be processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and completed.

Returns from Retailers or Third Party Sales

If you did not purchase your blanket from our website, please contact the retailer where the blanket was purchased. Your return or exchange will be subject to their policy. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
